SMART MOVE=By buying into UNITS now the CORP. who wins at the AUCTION will end up PAYING itself..Should it LOSE at the AUCTION it would be PAID off the same as any other UNIT holder..So its a WIN WIN for that CORP...Just check the VOL. in the past 2 weeks..LUCK to ALL..

Teh best way to get the lawsuit to "blow over" Smile, would be with a $50-100m bid. I don't see how they can get a law suit to low over unless the unitholders benefit from the sale.

I have no idea how long or in what form they dispose of the remaining property. My guess is they would like to wrap up this saga sooner rather than later ,close up the trust, end the trading of units and have everyones memory become short and just go away.

Wouldn't we all be surprised to find that a majority of Pioneer's decision-makers are fair independent thinkers with a concern for their corporate image, and who understand that the thousands constituting the vast majority of all Unitholders, are not the greedy villians in this case? When we look into the bio's of Pioneer's leadership and board oversight, we have to have confidence that a majority of them have attained...

How long in your opinion will it take for pxd to dispose of the last property, and what is their incentive to do it quickly.

Yes I would be very surprised if they had one shred of decency because thus far they have allowed their people to fleece the unitholders. Their lack of serious promotion and effort to get the best value for untiholders is a mark against them as well as they are very aware of this situation. Yes I would be very surprised

Looks like a significant uptick in the rate of accumulation in the last week, with another half a million tacked onto the green side with a steeper slope than before. Who is it, do you suppose, that is acquiring units... and why ? Maybe someone could post a chart for us, comparing the accumulation with on balance volume ? Find it VERY curious that there were no bids at all for what everyone seems to recognize is the largest point of value,...
