So I can't speak out about the CEO of this company? Can I praise him then, is that allowed? Can I say Fairweather is the greatest CEO ever, and he WILL turn the company around. Can I just lie? The truth is the truth hurts.

Since Fairweather shares our angst and given their issues...How can they best make shareholders whole?
