Well I've prayed almost to tears but have kept my faith in the Lord, but sure have little faith in the Texas courts as it seems they have no mercy for any citizen trying to gum up their works just because he doesn't have one of their own at the controls. Sort of like the devout Irish man that tells it like it is... Big money means High Mass. Little money means Low Mass. No money means No Mass. BCNU Instructmba

look at the specificity of the news article that is what the mosh suit is/has been missing. like a blast from a shotgun full of birdshot, too broad with too many pinpoints. even gordons rehash of the everlovin total recreation. nothing new just a broad net hoping to catch something. the grand conspiracy is almost inpossibile to prove. lawyers are supposed to use the deeppockets theory. that would have led them to go after jpm but they did not....

Never said we had leverage, that is your conclusion. But it ;might be worth say $30m to have free, clear, uncontested title to this property if you were, say, WSE, so you could trumpet your huge new filed to your shareholders and exploit it without unending lawsuits. Remember WSE is sitting on this field right now and has been for years. They might prefer full ability to develop it without legal issues now given record energy prices. Right now...

Instructmba, First, I want to thank you for filing an exceptionally great document (writ of mandamus) to the Court of Appeal on the behalf of thousands of voiceless unitholders even though it was denied. Second, I have a question for you. Do you have a right (or option) to go back to the Court of Appeal to file a normal (or standard) appeal before proceeding to the Texas Supreme Court? If you have an option, you may think about going back to...

Part of that answer lies in what will be done to hold things up. Very little to lose here. If a lightning bolt from the sky blows up the breadcrumbs then thats life, even if its heartbreaking for some no doubt.

My guess is someone makes that "trade" just so you have something to talk about ? Otherwise, someone signed up for one of those deals where they get a mess of free trades for moving an account... and they are wasting the free trades buying 100 share increments here ? Or, the MMs are "loading up" 100 shares at a time ? LOL!!
