Have you been able to find anything out about either of them....beyond the MMRF news? I'd like to find out what the motivation (if any) beyond a "prof-i-tun-itee" might be. Any background info on either as to potential 'takeover' implications ? I've tried searching around....but, nothing significant on either. Just wonder "WHY" they both show up with ubber interest in MMR.

Well guys i got out the past two days. Had well over 350 K and was getting very nervous about the dilution and debt. Diluting 30 M in the past 3 months is a lot considering how little volume this usually trades during an average day. Will consider getting back in if I can see the dilution slow down and some revs come in. just dont know though, especially with that financing deal they have now, if the OS increasing can stop anytime soon.
