okay, and if that's the case -- how could the carryback NOT be more than
14% (over and above the assets on the OLD balance sheet from 12/08), which
would pay out all the cap trusts and preferreds? add to this improvements
in lehman's real estate holdings, in 39 trillion of CDOs, and then the
potential legal settlements, to the tune of many more billiions....
and..... goooooooooo, LEHJQ..!!
