I agree they are trying to delay the down trend with these potential contracts witch is very good but we need something concrete to launch us aka audit and everything they have announced will look much more legit.

If the audit does not come out by wnd of February, then there is a major disconnect between what the company is saying and what is happening. Audits typically take 3-4 months to complete. If I recall correctly the signed Audit agreement is dated 9-4-09. So they are closing in on 12 weeks. I would think financials and quarterly reporting should be up to speed by no later than end of December 09..

Here is a link to the contract between Landstar and the the Audit firm. Check out pg 11 which states the audit to be completed around 60 days from September 4th. https://www.otciq.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancia lReportById.pdf?id=24098 2010 is going to be a great year for LDSR IMO!!
