I really don't know if we will have a buy in or buy out but if some people hear it over and over again they believe what they read. Well, I learn something every day. I didn't know jack ups were called floaters. They do float to the location but then set their legs down, jack their selfs up in the air and set on bottom while drilling. I'm going to have to check into this Vine. lol John

Per article below, they are now also involved in offshore surveying of Equatorial Guinea (who is currently producing 250,000 BPD). So they are active immediately to the East and West of Sao Tome Principe. Makes you wonder about 17 EEZ blocks and which ones the Chinese (Sinopec) are interested in...
