bfl, your 93-96 are those teak or other trees. I do understand your frustration. As you can see you have lots of company. If you have anything other than teak, 15-13 years is too young to have much value or thinned. I know that TATF's web site makes it look as if all tress they market will have similar returns to teak. The reality is much different. Most of the initial varieties sold have little value before their 25 year, in the case of...

Cargo Cult Members Alert:...

Cargo Cult Members Alert: bfl's trees are teak. (See his January posts). Even so, like all the rest of our trees, they still apparently don't have any value, no matter how old or what variety. Have you heard of TATF thinning then selling any of the resultant lumber? --- Or, for that matter, for any of the trees Mr. Brunner has marketed to us investors during the past 19 years? Has he even done any thinning or maintenance since 2006?...

Look on the TAFT website. All looks well and good under news. Some of the claims made there are just not true. If TATF is above board then there would be investors receiving checks from thinning. I cam see no-one how has made one penny who has invested. If anyone knows different please let us know.

I've followed this board for months. I have read that some thinning has happened. My 100 trees are not yet scheduled for thinning. Something that puzzles me is why the owners don't pay TATF to mill the thinned trees and send them the lumber. Wouldn't that be a win-win? TATF would get new money for the milling and the owner would get some wood to use or sell. That's what I've had in mind. Or, would a first thinning of...

New Email..... Sherry and I are excited to announce a wonderful opportunity to own very special older trees that will soon be ready for their final harvest. But first we want to bring you a quick update. We are nearing the beginning of the upcoming dry season and are excited to again move forward on thinnings and production of beautiful tropical hardwoods. We are also pleased to announce that Raleo is growing and now expanding into the Latin...
