wilco I rushed out and bought one of those calulators that you need lots of digits to calculate on. So far it has operated on the just one middle digit. JMO Mickey

OT Nicmar, You said, "I believe many of us that follow current events and the news to a great extent would be able to answer all the questions this little girl answered." You must think many of us are genius as well as you as I couldn't come close to coming close to this little girls score. All questions asked I might have got 2 or 3? If you think your equal to her your a better man than me.

Yeah poch... I wonder if she has photographic memory or if there's another definition for it as at that age or any age, being able to name the presidents by number and of all things, President Bush's cow's name. Now that one takes the cake... but you know so many shanagans are done in the press I'm beginning to wonder what to believe. mo

Check out SWKS, their insider sales, on the surface don't look a whole lot different than IDCC's. Didn't specifically check on what their COB is doing. Just looks like a few sales and option exercises like IDCC. http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=swks&ty=c&ta=1&p=d

olddog..how do you know that? You don't do you.. and even if you did know, at that time IDCC had been continuing on the SHO list week after week..they hadn't seemed to even notice,THAT is why i contacted them. you guys really crack me up,"dissect" something you absolutely actually KNOW nothing about, but you chime in with "your opinion'!!

Based on this paragraph from IDCC's SEC filing of October 19th, 2009 they will be required to appeal the ITC commissions decision within 60 days of the decision, which is December 15th, 2009. On or before this date we should have some clarity on which road they will take regarding Nokia unless a settlement is achieved. If InterDigital chooses to do so, InterDigital has 60 days from the Commission’s October 16, 2009 decision to file an...

No CNBC please.

No CNBC please. They do not have the answers people want to here right now. Until they either settle Nokia or announce they will finish the existing buy back or God forbid license Sony/Ericson, they are better off just keeping quiet. They are simply not willing to speak about many subjects right now. I won't blame them on the licensing but they need to comment on the buy back. Thomas Davey - Sidoti & Company Okay, great. Howard Goldberg did that once as I recall and he was so unprepared and uncomfortable that it made ME squirm. It is a nice idea - I'm not sure Bill can handle it. What if they brought Nasgovitz in as a guest interviewer?

Went back and reread the report. Headline states “50% of Market Cap in
Cash. Time to Go Private or Find a Suitor.” Opening statement “We would
like to see the firm go private, or find a suitor. We believe either option
would maximize shareholder value more than the firm’s current course.”
Interesting way to start off a report. Clearly not to happy with the
current course. So then I wondered how ...

I don't know, everyone is going google eyes over all the cash idcc has as
if the dough is going to keep rolling in at the same rate it has in the
past year. I wonder. Say we don't sign nokia for a good while which is a
definite possibility. A couple of prepayments of 105 and 77 mil for how
many years we don't know. These two companies will not be adding cash for
awhile. Sammy will soon have all ...

robjer: My previous post was about stock buyback purchases using an outside
firm, under a prearranged trading plan, and how that type of arrangement
was a defense against insider trading charges. It is a different situation
if the company is making open market purchases based on their own
determinations. In the latter case, access to and the release of material
information is very important. The ...

I can understand the feeling that "somehow" if mgt could they might try to
go around the shareholders and engineer a buyout for less than fair value.
Hell.. other than talk when have the insiders given shareholders REAL
support?Sure they buyback stock with OUR money[not their's]but, NEVER have
they bought a single share using their own money. No wonder Bill Nasgovitz
was pissed finding out they ...

Jimlur. The only way I would review my thoughts and change my vote is if
you stated or said you did not wish to moderate the board any longer. It
wouldn't be right to pressure you to stay if you felt it threatened your
health or for some other reason it wasn't good for you. I believe Data
voted no because he felt this was the best for you. I can't speak for him,
but he seems to feel dropping one ...

Mickey, if you don't like it, LEAVE Start you own board, run it the way you
like. As an expert on constitutional law, you can make sure it does not
violate anyone's constitutional right to free speech. Here's the deal, this
message board has rules. You know that. If you don't want to follow the
rules, then find a board that is appropriate for you. May I recommend

Stock trading below $22.00 with analyst projections This taken from Yahoo.
Amazing on forward projections and a stock trading below $22.00. These
projections have not one penny for settlement, new license agreemnt, or
court victory. Not a penny for a license from another sector seperate from
the cell phone arena. Simply amazing and a report that should have you
drooling to buy at these prices. ...

I've thought that for a long while. Easy way for CIA to keep budget numbers
secret. I have a friend who used to be in the biz and will ask. FWIW, I
think that part of the reason Howard Hughes was never bothered is because
he cooperated on financing off the record projects. IMO
