gee .. i'm shocked .. track the volume at 4pm it was 1,311,661 it's now 7:11 and heb's volume is 1,423,907 for a difference of 112,246 shares and even that isn't *legit* .. since i didn't track the volume done after 4pm and pre *trolls* lawsuit which i posted at 5:53 pm tonight like i said .. i've been *expecting* something along these lines with the recent *activity* have a good one -- 4kids all jmo

sure! i take your word for it, but i find it a little strange that a 'nondisclosure agreement' was sent to the fda, as part of a drug application, en toto, th application in its nature is understood to be confidential! cheers

There are going to be more law suits (IMO) The japan pump is just a pump because no country would issue a booster without testing on humans first.Maybe next year they can cut a deal but carter painted a different picture to keep the shareprice from tanking. The share price will keep pulling back (IMO)

All good points; HEB would be a strong competitor. Pending approval, wonder who HEB would collaborate with for worldwide distribution. It's got to be a big boy pharma.
