No, other than the licensing agreement there is different from the others in that FASC receives royalties on sales vs. a combination of royalties and profits from the joint ventures. So from a sheer dollars and cents standpoint, I don't believe that Japan can provide as much to FASC as the others, over the long run. TR, You can pay a lot of commissions with that kind of a price drop. Selling in one offering same day is one transaction/one commission. ....and you get to keep the higher price and your money. Not to mention the equity in the balance of your holdings. RJ

No, other than the licensing agreement there is different from the others in that FASC receives royalties on sales vs. a combination of royalties and profits from the joint ventures. I do think that Steel Plantech has been ground-breaking for the KDS in that it is a large prominent company providing for its commercial acceptance.
