couple adjustment recs: A/S for common is 750mil, not 800mil...the extra 50mil is for the non-convertible preferred... You fail to recognize that EI paid off debt with the increase(s) this year. It was not used for themselves. You make no distinction which can lead to an incorrect assumption...we mostly agreed that EI should use shares to pay down debt and they stated this over a month before it happened so we all knew...They did not hide...

Well, the "bitch theory" doesn't work to drive the pps up. There are many including myself that are not happy with the decline of the pps given the "positive events" that have taken place. All the time and money spent to uplist, I can ony hope that was a criteria that had to be met for some LOC that was willing to take a chance backing this company given the financials. An LOC has to be looking at a Potential/Vision...

I'm a little taken back by the fact that I was the only "Investor" on this board that attended the NFDA in Boston:) Seeing is Believing?? Sure you can "bury" me on this one, but it is True. If you haven't ever gone to one of these NFDA's, you should. Up close and personal?? Being able to see what is out there is very important if you "really" want to get the full picture of how EI stacks up against...
