(1) They aren`t diluting. Shares from 2005 are already part of the fully diluted share count. DiliutING implies new shares -- these are old shares. (2) Some of the preferred shares were bought back and cancelled. That`s the polar opposite of dilution. (3). The filing is data as of two months old. What you are TRYING to say is that they aren`t done converting. But you don't know that, though you post oddly states the data is as of 11/30/09...

Re: You ask for much more than that and when anything changes or doesn't match up, you don't brush it off. Well, I took Steinberg's death in stride. I can brush off a lot of things. As long as it's honest. I can do without the pandering and suggestive remarks required of a road show. A golden rolodex doesn't mean anything to me until I see results. Steinberg had one of those too BTW.

could be. We'll see. Casino's recent post verifying the impact LS's death had on operations gives me pause. Hopefully the meeting will be a huge hit as it would be a nice opportunity to take some off the table.

You are very wrong on all accounts.

You are very wrong on all accounts. Q4 is in the bank as the you will see the deposit on inventory line in balance sheet of $1.2m which is what is going out this month ontop of our $4m+ run rate of product plus whatever goes out in December. The new board members are already in place as you will see in the next week or two, and the back office support/sales staff are already hired. The only issue that we suffered from LS's death was that...

Q4 should easily be a record qtr for the company. The question mark imo is how rapid will growth be post Q4. I don't think anybody knows including Donovan. What for example is the most concrete growth component after Q4 and how much growth in profit might that be? In max post-tax speak, adding 3 cents to bottom line would be 25% assuming 4th qtr is 4.5 cents pre-tax and 3 cents under a full tax. It would take high quality analysis from an...

MARK THIS POST! EGMI will have a bad quarter for Q4 2009. EGMI will DUMP! With so many distractions out there, there is no way they will pull off a good quarter. Once that happens, EGMI will go to the $1 level I am calling. want to make a bet?

Don't read so much into my question. I merely asked if anyone had a definitive link between EGMI and the POKEN office in NY. Just getting bored and impatient waiting for a big deal to be signed...lol

Well, I still believe that comprehensive income represents a net value. I've seen it called "net comprehensive income". But either way you slice it, there is no denying that there are errors in the 10-Q, as there have been in the past. We need to get Schiff back as CFO.
