I am not sure how you now this or if you are speculating...but I would sure like to see someone squirm in thier chairs with this stock over a NICKEL! NOTE: I want a NICKEL/share but not sure we can get there until it can break 0.02 and HOLD!

I don't think so. My guess is that even with getting approved for the 8a, they will need someone working to advocate their products to the SBA and other government agencies. Someone that can sell the government on the products they offer to ensure that once the 8a is in place, the government is fully aware of their services and starts using them.

No single individual driving the stock price down. We are looking at a group of four or more. This is there game. They make money by putting small companies with no or little value out of business. The problem they have now is they picked on the wrong company. This group is in serious trouble and there activates will be exposed. You are right some serious jail time. I believe investigations are ongoing.

You'll see that they are very minor charges with minor and short term penalties After reading these, I don't believe that EFLN will not qualify for the 8a. What the government is looking for (if EFLN status would be questioned) is any current and/or recent with significant criminal...
