There was a run up to I think .03 weeks before the NVS mix up. I had got in when it fell to .015. I sold the day after the mix up and I'll probably get back in after the new year if it gets back to .005 If not then no big deal. So something made it run before, and I doubt it was a leak about the NVS deal possibly causing confusion. So somebody knew something before the mix up and I'd expect that to come out someday...

It's been clarified. Many times... Nevertheless, even without Novartis deal, CHBO should be worth what you paid for it. If you hold long enough, chances are it will recover sometime... Good luck. IMHO
