These were the shares issued to themselves as of June, 2009. The total O/S was around 40 million only 5 months ago. Wayne Bailey 28,424,000 60.50% Chienn Consulting 3,001,640 6.38% Vincent and Rees 2,001,500 4.26% O/S is about 100 million to 200 million right now. The 1 billion shares showing on Pinksheets is wrong information - the total trading volume since June is only a little over 200 milion shares so the company could not dilute an extra...
