I don't know it all depends were you got in. you have to figure out the asset value of the shares and if you over paid for the stock but right now unless your day trading but becareful you don't want to sell those OB listed shares thats if you got in at a good price so be specific and make sure you sell only the pink listed stock when day trading and then wait for the timein to come along to go long on the company. Look for the gap...

There is a growing rage out there because of what CIT did to shareholders, and many are writing the Judge and also saying if CIT can walk out on its debts like this, Americans need to walk away from their mortgages too then.....

So in believing that citgq is going to rebound and emerge from bk, I should sell of my current position before the 8th and then re-enter after the reorganization (dilution) takes effect? Is it still going to be the same symbol? appreciate your time and patience.

i have been following this sense bk announcement, and i to believe that the sp will fall much lower before any real run....... see my post history for this stock.... does that make me a basher or just someone who believes diff than you?
