ZGEN 1. recothrom sales grew 40% QOQ. after adjusting for wholesale inventory unit sales were up 25% QOQ. guidance is narrowed to 28-30M for the year (i.e. 9-11M for Q4) 2. they are moving to prefilled fixed doses in the phase 2 lambda trial so there won't be any issues with dilution and potential for incorrect dosing. 3. there should be a steady flow of data from the phase 2 a open label part of the lambda trial early next year 4. in a...

OT Health insurance -
So up the penalty or, better yet, make it a mandatory three-year waiting period for people to get health insurance after they first become eligible.
I would suggest that that has zero political reality. Can you imagine a politician telling a pleading cancer patient - no, no, you have knew the rule. ....

Published (2009-11-07 23:25:24)
Healthcare reform bill passes in the House, the AP is reporting. WASHINGTON — Triumphant Democrats steered landmark health care legislation to the brink of passage in the House late Saturday night, spurred by a summons from President Barack Obama to "answer the call of history" and expand coverage to millions who lack it. After months of struggle, Speaker Nancy Pelosi projected confidence and likened the bill to the creation of...

The folks at your fave chemgenex are going to get their clocks cleaned by them and i believe they've been misling you (based on some of your comments). I'm not sure what you think Berger lied about. But the controversy with the board was about a subsidiary that owned some i.p. connected to the mTOR inhibitor. They exchanged shares for the subsidiary. Berger thought the payout should be more than they ended up getting. Whole thing...
TEVA is quite good at getting generics approved. Why would they have a problem this time?
Because they don’t have the technology to fully characterize the constituents of a complex mixture such as Lovenox.
Why would they want a "branded" product rather than a generic?
They wouldn’t—it’s clearly better for them to have a substitutable generic. However, if the FDA ...
She [Robyn Karnauskas] must be reading this board.
Pretty high chance of that, IMO. You could tell that Craig Wheeler was not expecting to be asked about Teva’s ANDA because his reply to Robyn’s question was clearly unrehearsed. It’s a good sign that MNTA does not prearrange the analysts’ questions on CC’s as some biotech companies have been known to do.

Jbog - So would you agree Nimo work or would you say that it does not bind well enough to work as stated by many on this board? Also for what ever reason are H&N cancers in that area of the world easier to treat? I thought that was true but why then 13% in the RT arm trials in nimo & 36% in RT only with Erbitux? Nimo at 4 years - 34.7% in the nimotuzumab+RT arm were alive compared to 13% in the ...

jbog, She's an inveterate liar, nothing but a tart for the health insurers. I'm sure the numbers are a fraud, just like everything else that she's said (i.e. the death panels). But the bill is almost 2000 pages long, so we'll have to wait for the reasoned rebuttals. On the political front: The House Bill may come up for a vote as early as today. It will be close. At least 27 Dems have said that ...
