I for one do not think what you are saying is BS, as during the CC it was clear SGT was not an option. It was also made known there were impending deals with two or more companies, this could very be one of them. The only thing hard to fathom is the percentage, I mean you are talking about a real break through in technology to get such a huge result.

The descending angular red line (mirroring the 20SDMA) describes a possible larger triangle and a consolidation, appearing to converge in two trading days at right about .02. sin, i think you can only write off like 3 grand on any year stock loss,
even if you loose a million....cAn only claim 3 grand otherhand upside you
pay your tax rate (short term gain) on any profit if held less than year,
if over a year the tax is discounted to 5 or 10 % (long term gain) of
course you have to sell to realize the profit or loss, if your holding thru
the whole year, it don't count ...

RWE wants nothing to do with Roger Pawson in any way, shape or

I'm so far down it doesnt matter if I sell lol. They could merge with a
rock and I dount I would sell. So no merger then? yes merger, no merger,
yes merger, no merger bah! I'm going out. Par for the course every single
stock I have owned in the last two years has lost money lol, chalk another
up I guess.

We are all in a wait and see state at this point as Richard stated in the
e-mail, the merger is not happening at this time but they are looking into
a joint venture. Hopefully BEHL will clarify some information soon.

Here is the Conceptual Plan on-site. I do not have any confirmation that
this is approved by the city. Since this is a conceptual drawing it may not
resemble the final product. I am not certain this is even the correct
location. It looks like a match to me. I am curious to see what comes of
this.
