actually that's a good question to add to the list (once its researched)... didn't someone receive a direct email from brian regard the YAG case and he said that the amount he owed YAG was about the same amount that he still owed Carnes so he decided he wasn't gonna pay Carnes. if this is true i think it would be good question for him to clarify.

It's BW's own fault. Just watch the shareholder videos and see for yourself. The guy's not organized and pulls dates out of his butt constantly since he lacks the knowlege to make good estimates.
