ARKAIT-- I understand the spirit of what you're saying. If I'd gotten a
note from anyone vs. just words on a board (and a private board I can't
access for unknown reasons), I'd donate something to wherever it's supposed
to go because I appreciate the effort. Frankly before I could squeeze blood
from the stone of my budget I was shocked by Megas' nonaction, allowing
revocation without any comment....

2late: This position on how the judge should view the case makes sense.
However, in my experience with judges, understand they rule on precedence.
To my knowledge, no judge has accepted the NSS argument as precedence. I
understand that
Megas has evidence, especially after the law suit of
"fake" shareholders. However, those that have communicated this
can be viewed as insiders with privy ...

As anyone on this board, you are entitled to your own opinion and you have
a right to be wrong. We are still in America that is still land of the free

Arkait I think the fact that funds were raised solely based on
blind faith
in a man that has told us very little over the span of the last 4 1/2 years
should be enough to make him already feel admired and respected. The fact
is that the majority of shareholders are most likely hold less then 100,000
shares. If all we receive back in the end is a refund, then for the

Once and for all...the SFC has NEVER been on BCIT's side...and that
can be verified quickly by a simple email to Burns asking that
direct
question. Also..if the SEC thought nothing was wrong or no
"wrongdoing" had taken place...this stock would be trading...it's
not..and never will...I guarantee. There is a matter of uncovering
the exact truth regarding this stock..and Megas has ...

No, it is an important distinction...because, as an 'investor', you can
blame Megas for our predicament. As a speculator on the chance of a NAKED
SHORT MOASS... you cannot. We were not even speculating on the
company
business plan...because there never was one! Everyone here falls into the
'speculator' category...even you.
