That was not the question now..was it? Question was...how were we/shareholders supposed to know this,..as ummm..some did..you know..Megas's email buddies,..apparantly they knew it was a fake pump..and claim to have sold into this... [i]The part that always puzzled me though, is why would those 'investors', seeing that the $60M in assets would NOT be rolled into BCIT, did not then sell...for a profit.. [/i]

thank you, i understand why you and kruy do not like the way i want to explain the term issue, it's simply that (IMO) the lawyers did not feel comfortable saying naked short in th efilings, so they looked for another way to say it... they came up with "invalidly issued". it's imperfect and we can argue for months about the various etymological implications of the word issue, but somebody screwed up letting those shares into...

[/i] You know, maybe you could all get together and use the funds collected for Attaway to have him contact the brokerages and try to persuade them to refund your original stake in BCIT. That would at least be more realistic than trying to sue DTCC.

I doubt the DTC had any wrong doing here! The people that created the pump & dump, and then sold into it, may be on the top of the list! Not to leave out the CEO. that refused to file, that would have cleared the air! But you can keep hoping, that none of the above has been noticed, I suppose. Good luck! IMO

the letter clearly states the DTC told the SEC that there was no TA, yet
there was. I know it and you can call the TA and ask too. i did it as soon
as that letter became public and i informed Burns of that... he had no
response. go figure. that's what you expect from an SFC investigative
committee - no comment on an ongoing investigation. that's proper protocol.

saying NS shares are "air shares" is right of the chatroom blogs. the blog
i refered you to is a professiona corporate blog. ask your lawyer for the
legal term for issue, you keep saying there's some sort of SEC rule about
what the word means, the NS shares most certainly do exist after they are
issued and were in fact issued LEGALLY under the Madoff exception. you

Janice as a shareholder, AYK you have the right to call the company and
offer your opinion or request an update . At the very least they will
forward the content of your phone call to TM …. It can’t hurt to try...
