What if he already cashed out the 4 million shares or some portion of them? Why else would he not have returned the full 15 million? If he either cashed them out or resold them, then we now have the legal expense of trying to recoup them. This is very disheartening to hear. Mainly that Baltia mgmt could be so gullable to have issued that many shares before they actual rec'd the financing. I guess nobody took any business courses in college.
