My son works for Maxim Healthcare and provides in home care for children with serious disabilities. The INPT thing is similar. Maxim is private but has done extremely well over the years. INPT got my interest up since they should be successful with that business plan...assuming that's what they are doing. lol

if you want to do some comparisons for INPT I would suggest looking at IPCM. Exact match on business model only IPCM keeps growing as they acquire regional companies like INPT. Asus talked with INPT in the spring of 2008 and at that time they said it was a little over 50 doctors on staff at 35 hospitals. IPCM is running about a 5-6% net profit margin so you could use that.
