Thanks for all your posts, I really read them through with interest. I have not completely turned my back on AERP. Will jump right back in at the first indication that it's moving up. Just a matter of strictly sticking to my strategy that I had to get out today. Cheers.

I'm laughing too. This company did a masterful job of misleading investors, just as they did long ago, proven in a court of law, as we know. Remember the details stated in the court document? 4kids - Yes, I find it a bit humorous myself. AERP is what it is. Interesting that some posters who have no interest in buying shares and have been here for years? lol. If the NASCAR suit is at all favorable for AERP, some posters will be all over it anyway. There would be even more reason. Have splendid day with your family/friends for Thanksgiving. That is what really matters. All IMO.

Was it gross mismanagement from 2004 to present? Remember, AERP is/was TTR HP plain and simple and TTR HP was Insolvent long before the merger with FCCN which resulted in the public entity-AERP. Sorry Kathy, Wrong!!! NASCAR added Aerp Performance Products (AERP) as a
defendent to their lawsuit on 9/30/2009, along with Bryan Hunsnaker. Aero
Exhaust was added as a defendent on 2/20/09 and Flo-Co was added as a
defendent on 11/2/09. Looks like NASCAR is going for the jugular!!!!

I never said that you are twisting my post. Friday was a pump attempt which
is "TOO OBVIOUS". And yes thats all this is just rumors on
message boards which you are 100% correct on this one. $37k that someone,
most likely less than 10 people lost in a attempt to create momo in 2

Now you are getting quite absurd. I have stated over and over again that I
am playing this for the momentum. Whatever is going on behind the scenes, I
don't give any cr*p about. This has gotten on a lot of investors' radars
because of the action last Friday, and common sense dictates that Monday
will bring in more investors, such as myself, who are playing the momentum,
which should be good ...

Hi :) Lately this stock has appeared on my alerts, record volume day and I
just had to come in here and see what is happening. After reading several
pages of posts it looks like this is going to run on technicals which is
good too. Too bad I only received the alert after market close on Friday
because I would have tried to buy 100M because I know from past experience
