Seriously, I do believe that things will get worse and then straighten out in late '09 or early '10. The market swings are to much for me - but I will stay with the stocks I have (and they are being decimated!!!) and hope I get thru the next 3-4 years. I have decent distribution across several industries...

That's the reason some oil and gas MLP's are now trading with an annual distribution of 16% or more even tho they have sold forward oil at $90/bbl. thread start

  Recs: 0 XTO valuation as royalty trust/MLP Curious how XTO would be valued as royalty trust/MLP - assume they cut back capex and invested enough cash flow to maintain production and began distributing the rest a la HGT.
