I'm specifically wondering the terms of this aquisition particularly since the press release states that is was "through a wholly owned subsidiary", exactly what the heck does that mean?   Next since BFT owns everything due to defaults, assets, IP etc.. will Voyant be required to file a SEC event? Wantto, good point about the tax loss carryforward. Adds significantly to the OTC-BB shell value, as long as the debts Mark can't dump that tag along aren't too significant and he can wrap something up before the next quarterly report is due.
