Sound Familiar? Bongiovanni in New Jersey withheld a ruling pending Robinson's fact finding and later gave the lawyers an opportunity to argue the pros and cons of the Delaware findings. She didn't even get to the issue of confusion. "New Jersey simply does not permit concurrent representation when the interests of two current clients are adverse," Bongiovanni said, quoting Celgene Corp., v. KV Pharmaceutical Corp. , 2008...

Taken literally and, more importantly, out of context and with no knowledge of Rambus' previous behavior as regards making comments about settlements or litigation or litigants .... you would probably be right. But there is history and context. And in view of that history, and in that context .... the statements made by Hughes are taken to mean much more than the very [VERY] limited statement which you suggest. ...

You are confusing the questions of what Rambus might do (might want to do (or not do)) with the question of what they could do, given that we all agree about the need for the CAFC to rule on Robinson's ruling. They are not the same thing. msg 453128

wrong... Should Rambus and Hynix settle, dropping the CAFC appeal, then HJW's decision becomes case law and then the only issue is MIcron and the Rob-us-some Ruling.... Should the case have been transferred and should it still be transferred to the remaining Micron Case in NDCA that is currently stayed.??? Michael msg 453122

drive and longusa, That was excellent reporting, you guys must be quick with pen and paper. JK seems very precise and sincere, but there's something very wrong with the private practice of common law. Before our members get excited, I would recall how this Rambus spoliation issue came about in the first place. If you may recall from years ago, Rambus spoliation was never a genuine issue of fact, it was a legal defense strategy. Eventhough...

Depends if they can get to $7.50 E at a 20 P. That would be 787,500,000 or 3/4 billion per year in earnings. Now, if you assign a 30 P, that would only require $5 E or $525,000,000 Incidentally and FYI, $26,250,000,000 x .02 = $525,000,000.00 So, yeah, I think its possible. And ~IF~ Rambus cracks the code and gets everyone using their IP to pay for it, its not only probable, its inevitable. Why do you think they did what they did for so long?...
