Options that have been granted are already counted in the 'Weighted Average fully diluted' figures On2 uses in its 10-Q/K filings whether those shares have been vested or are in the money or not. The shares that were exercised by Frost and I think Reusing last Q are already counted--and expensed. So was the $500,000 to Islandia (plus legal fees of $23K) which accrued $8K in interest by 9-30-09. Take the 20-day average pps of $.585,...

Calhoun & gang are attorney's, who have very limited knowledge of the technology and can't take the company any further because they don't know what to do next. Calhoun has been riding on the coat tails of Joll since he fired him. He also knows that if they did hire a real CEO, he'd be one of the first out the door so selling the company is his way of having job...
