Recs: 0 Re: DMPA black box warning Hmmm Does that make Pfizer a candidate for partnering or is the realtionship poisoned by Indiplon? Currious. I have not put much thought in who the potential partners may be. The fact that the NDA would likely compete makes it kind of interesting. thread start

Recs: 0 What is the market potential for Elagolix?! In latest CC, Gorman mentioned that there are more than 8000 patients contacted 603 trial sites; however, two third of those patients did not register for the trial because they are afraid to be on DMPA arm. If Gorman did make up this story, Elagolix maket potential looks very good. Apparently, we have to wait ...

Recs: 2 Re: Lupron more interesting reading here.... The following three articles were part of a series of reports written by Kay Lazar of the Boston Herald regarding the effects of Lupron. Please note the ERC is providing this series of articles as a supplement to the GnRH Fact Sheet for informational purposes only. It is important to be educated on ...

Recs: 1 DMPA black box warning Black box warning While it has long been known that Depo-Provera causes bone loss , it has recently been discovered that the osteoporotic effects of the injection grow worse the longer Depo-Provera is administered, may remain long after the injections are stopped, and may be irreversible. For this reason, on November 17 , ...

Recs: 1 depo I just want something ot manage the pain. I did try birth control pills--made it worse. I also did Depo Provera for 2 years which made me gain 50 pounds. When my boyfriend stated that I was as stout as any professional football player, I decided to get off Depo. Personally, I believe Depo should be taken off the market due to the side effects. Well...

Recs: 1 depo from same message list I am on: Welcome to the group! I hope you find these ladies to be helpful as you continue your journey with endo. It sounds like your GYNO was operating under the idea that a hysterectomy is not an essential treatment for endo and should be a last resort since it is such an invasive procedure. Some docs take this approach because they...

Recs: 1 Re: Time's Up, Ball In How stupid could it be for Gorman to do two representations in which he would have to say 603 top line result are due in a few more days?! WIthout 603 top line results reported by no later than Wensday morning., Gorman has nothing to talk about, and he would not have any representation this week. We are heading into a binary event ...

Recs: 5 Re: Where the _ is PIN????? data overall looks nice. I was a bit surprised that the 150 qD show so much less bone loss. The low level of patients dropping out in the elagolix group vs DMPA was good also. Maybe I missed it but I didn't see the bone loss in the DMPA group. As most will remember I didn't expect to see much bone loss at all because some people I ...

Recs: 2 Re: Was nice while it lasted.. If you predicted that it will take a partnership to move the PPS, why are you disappointed in a 10%+ runup into the phase IIb results and a nearly 10% pop on top of that? If its going to take a partnership to move the PPS you should be expecting us to fall back under $5 and the current action (of being up more than 20% from a few ...

Recs: 0 i expect results on Tuesday or possibly wednesday. Being that the results are unblinded to them as of " late august", I dont see how Gorman could present at these conferences if the public doesnt know the results yet. He couldnt even mention Elagolix, because it would be illegal for him to say anything because he already knows.

Recs: 0 Re: my guesses at the kind of news we get ""I will be happy with either, as it will mean Elagolix would be the drug of choice for endo patients."" If "either" makes it the drug of choice, what happens if the news is good on both fronts? My personal opinion would be that it is than the "compelling" drug of choice and is likely to make the competing drugs ...

Recs: 0 Re: i expect results on Tuesday(emerginganalyst) fairvalue, If you are a 1% owner of NBIX, that means 385K shares or more. Given the past performance of management, that is a huge bet. Good luck, as I believe the story too, but at a much lower share level. I also agree with you when you said "I will be okay with loss, because I am the one (who) made the ...
