All he said is there was a nice uptick and increase in volume. I said the same thing and it was exactly that. About 70k shares of buying came in and took it up to 1.83 for a minute until HDSN pushed it right back down. I thought the stock looked pretty good today. That one seller through HDSN gets out of the way and we could get a nice move up.   msg 9262

Joe, Do you know or have ideas whether the Dec 9 meeting is similar in content to the one last year? I recall hearing something in November2009 when both sides were asked by the courts to meet and to seek settlement. SP msg 9267

Joe, I absolutely agree with you, I think some of these posters have underlying undisclosed interests. Some are inexperienced, lazy, short, mm's, hedge funds, etc. You know the one's who post without any substantive supporting info and just offer opinion and conjecture. I ignore them! MAD msg 9213

I don't think this weeks activities are more of the same. For instance, yes there have been times the court has encouraged the parties to reach settlement. Why is this time different? For one, this time is different because a third party valuation has been done and furnished to all parties. In other words, the money asked for by MDVX is substantiated by a third party. I would think this has more validity in the eyes of the court, and now...
