Hey they have bank machines in Canada. :) Canada has innovation in banking it is just highly regulated which isn't socialism. Wait a second: two years ago CITI was trading at around $6 wasn't it? The last 6-7 days have been a bunch of push and shove.  Not much commitment there.  Volume today was 1.9 billion with a ratio of 1.8 to 1 in favor of the bulls.  Not very efficient for the bulls.  Pretty much boring and neutral.   The daily channel chart and indicators are still under bull control.  However, If you just look at the chart you can easily see the sideways track. ...
