While it certainly isn't my nature to be argumentative, I have to ask you about your statement pertaining to VRMLQ. You say if one had invested 5 million a couple of months ago it would be worth a billion today. How did you arrive at this? A couple of months ago you could have bought the entire company for a couple of million, and it's entire market cap today is only about 130 million. where do you get the billion? I also have to ask...

Yes - many of us said that it was too coincidental that Allan was so suddenly ill enough to resign right at MMD results time - it was most likely that they came to a stalemate about whether to sell the company and Allan probably was the only one who did not want to sell. msg 25304

The biggest obstacle for Iplex in tackling ALS or MMD is that desease progression is absolutely brutal, highly complex and little understood. No one expects a silver bullet. The anecdotal evidence suggestst that Iplex can be a key ingredient in a cocktail intended to help improve the lives of these unfortunate people. Nevertheless, no matter what the anecdotal evidence, it will be extremely difficult to statistically prove anything....

That may be true, however in 2-3yrs when all this starts to play out its likely the stock is still trading 0.80.  I'll let my money work for me somewhere else.  Maybe AIG....:)     msg 25272
