Recs: 0 Why not make all payoffs public If you look at the problem drugs that have been approved, all had many millions of dollars paid out in settlements that were subject to confidentiallity agreements before finally being brought to the FDA's attention. If you eliminate the confidentiallity agreement drug problems become public. No doubt fewer payments would be made, at least they wouldn't be made without going to...

You know how bad the biotechs are if SGEN goes down that much. I said it would close at $ 3.50 not to far off. Well another down year for IMGN under Mitch's guidance, that is 3 years in a row, great job. He deserves another raise, bonus, option, perks etc, Oh that's right this...

Recs: 0 Re: delusional Just give me stat-sig to file for approval and a partnership announcement. Perhaps that drives the price to $10 or so short term? That would make me extremely happy. Perhaps I too am delusional. Pretty much anything would be an improvement from here with regard to stock price if you know what I mean. The problem is anything less and we probably get a 50% haircut even from these depressed levels. thread start

Recs: 0 Re: Bob Cohen said: druggie, tykerb info for comparison For the most part I am on your side of this argument, but I disagree on one point. Everytime the FDA yields to pressure to accelerate approval it results in inappropriate deaths that result in drugs being removed from ...

I don't believe that means you give up on trying to prevent it, and GNVC among others does have a vaccine that the NIH is working with, but which has been put on the back burner but continues to be ...

Recs: 0 Re: Bob Cohen said: druggie, tykerb info for comparison JV, I really have no intention of getting into a debate with you on this. You simply do not know what you are talking about. People continue to try and cure AIDS. It is a daunting task as the virus hides in the immune system and the cells that harbor them cannot be identified while the virus is dormant....

Recs: 0 More Pain Well at least one company in our field went up ( SGEN ). IMGN closes at the low of the day and is now under 4 again. This company cannot hold on to any gains longer than 1 or 2 days. This is the reason no one nwants to hold this stock and gets out on any rally. IMO we are in trouble.
