DNDN may have had its greatest percent spike, but most people who made money from 3-29 have more money now to invest then they did back then. And as we all know money makes money. Approval or no approval by Christmas is determined by the definition of "expeditiously". Our definition and the government's definition are two different versions I can guarantee.
