Recs: 0 i went to Sam's Club yesterday. This was the large Sam;s at Clairmont & I-85 in Atlanta. While there I searched the store for any STPtools or Capstone products. I found none. However there was a large display of a product directly in competition with the ECO-Lite. Sylvania has a three-pack of LED Power Failure lights for $19.76 at Sam's They also double as night...

Recs: 0 Re: i went to Sam's Club yesterday. indeed, which is the main problem. all them order that they PR-ed are so far one-offs. this is also why they will not be able to sustain profitability. also, no one in his right mind would heavily invest in a co with this little to show for. all products they sell have better/cheaper counterparts so, what is the unique selling point they are aiming for????? thread start

Recs: 0 Re: PIPE dream will include the nightmare of an increase in the number of authorized shares, no? Maybe no, if it's a really small pipe. Maybe 20M@.01, with 5M warrants? But again, they'd bring in more by selling another $1M in screwdrivers. Big PIPE would require another adjustment of the available O/S, either by more common->preferred, or a larger A/S, yes....

Not that it would raise a lot of money; they'd be better off just selling another $1M worth of screwdrivers or Eco-I-Lites. It would raise more $$$ at this point.
