Is it true that, right before the spinoff of Victory Nickel, Nuinsco Investor Relations took out a full page Advertisement in a Toronto paper highlighting the value of NWI at $2.00 a share? Just noticed this morning that the American symbol cblrf.ob as changed to cblre.ob. Does this have anything to do with the cchh filing. Or is a step towards some sort of company change.
