I would say, after reading the following few news articles that (as expected) the Pasquia Hills oil shale doesn't contain any natural gas. But the guy who bought the warrant which expired has only $1.50/share invested and can now buy the common for $1.00 for a total cost basis of $2.50. The guy who bought the common two years ago has $4.50 invested. The warrant investor is better off and both will now enjoy the upside from here.  msg 108771
