For me there are 3 major differences between these phones. 1) The touch pro 2 was a wonderfull 3.6 inch 480 X 800 resolution display. That is big and beautiful! The best on the market! Most phones are 320X240 and look fuzzy compared to the touch pro 2. 2) The Palm ( NSDQ: PALM ) pre does not have a memory card slot so it is limited to its 8GB internal memory. Now 8GB is a lot of memory but not enough for me. In my 16GB card in my touch pro 2...

Both are for Verizon. Can you guys compare the pros and cons and give your opinions about which one is better (I know the droid wasn't released yet) I haven't had a new phone in 3 years so I don't know what to look for and don't know which is the better deal, and which has better specs and all that. Thanks also, do you have to pay extra for internet and all that? Or does it come with the phone?

You can get the G1 from wherever, it doesnt matter because it will work like normal. All you have to do is take out the SIM card from your current phone and put it in the G1.

I'm thinking about getting the HTC Touch Pro for Sprint, but I see SO MANY people triying to sell theirs on craigslist and ebay for around $150 and originally the phone is worth $400-$500. I know the Touch Pro 2 is out now, but is there any major flaw in the HTC Touch Pro that's making all these people want to sell theirs? or is it just a coincidence?

I'd go with the samsung moment. Android is an amazing operating system, so that makes me say moment or hero. The moment has a much better processor (800mhz compared to 528), an amazing screen (AMOLED looks MUCH better than a standard screen) and a physical keyboard.
