Cystoscopy & Hydrodistention For Interstitial Cystitis | Forum profile

After I had my 2nd hydro/cysto two weeks ago, I am so much worse. I have terrible pain that feels like a bulge of inflammation. When I sit up, it feels like there is not enough room for my bladder and woman parts on the left side. Does anyone else feel worse when sitting? I am watching my diet carefully, and am on Elmiron, Vesicare, and Amitryptilin. Taking Prelief and Cystoprotek. Laporoscopy in July was negative for endometriosis.

Sorry you are in so much pain. Have you been checked for a UTI? Some people have taken 6 to 8 weeks to see improvement after a hydro. How did you react to your first hydro? I hope you see improvement very soon. Teresa
