Corvette GTP body

There has been a set-back. The master separated form the base during the rubber cure so I will need to make another mold. First, I have to clean off the gelatinous goo and reassemble a few parts. Samples will be available for the Race Wear race. Datsun kits will be available too.

Race Wear Jan. 16 info

IIRC, Hayes told us at Jim's the race was free. I'm certain he can re-confirm id there are any concerns. My guess is they're hoping some of us might buy some snacks or sodas and maybe a few parts or someone like me will see a car I've been jonesing for or the Doc will see the one model kit he's missing. Now you mention it- the only races I've been to where I was charged was the SCX regional. I came out with 2 new...

Race Wear Jan. 16 info

This may have been covered somewhere else, but I didn't see it, so this might be a good time to bring this up. For the Jan. 16 race at Race Wear at the Marley Station Mall on Rt. 2 just south of Glen Burnie. This guy is running a for-profit retail shop, so I'm assuming he's not letting us use his track for the day out of the goodness of his heart. What will the fee be to run the race that day? I was there for a bit one day when...

Thanx for the compliment on the LMP 'Vette Larry. Looking forward to seeing how yours turned out. For myself I decided to work on a couple of long term projects over the holidays and have just about finished my Ninco replica of Don Yenko's '57 'Vette with which he won B/P class in the '65 SCCA National race at Marlboro Speedway (it was a "vintage" car back then). I've also nearly completed...

A new body

Rick G, I'm almost done with my recreation of the BRE Datsun 240Z using the sample body you provided. It's painted, decaled, and mounted on an HRS chassis, so all I need is an interior and glass. I'm going to try and find something in my parts bin in the meantime, but if I don't succeed I'll need what you have. Thanks, Keith

Gifts are restricted to birthdays only in this house. Gave up the rat race of Xmas gift giving years ago. Aarrgh! No, Scrooge does not live here. I hope you are all having a great Holiday Season. See you all at Glen Burnie. Cheers!

All standard, three prong hookups. Power is a Regulated supply, I believe they run at 12v. I'll be stopping by the place right after new years and I'll post some more info if it is appropriate.
