I am not giving her a reputation based on what her father did - I meant it as how she is going to live her life knowing everyday that her father is a bank robber, it is something she will always carry with her, it is her legacy that he gave her. It is not WISE to stick anything metal into an AC outlet... but the
reason you did not get shocked is simple to explain. Electricity
needs a RETURN path in order to get shocked. If you had been
standing in bare feet on concrete you would have been shocked because
your feet would be completing the return path. If you stuck the
knife in the NEUTRAL side of the outlet, you would have felt NOTHING...

My son went to school with the daughter of a bank robber, he was in prison for the 1st 8 years of her life, imagine what that legacy will be like for her. So it's not just the notes that are stupid, inane, dense etc.

I am really disappointed that you didn't get video before extinguishing the fire :-( Any possibility that you had left some grease (say, bacon fat) to dry and harden on the coil? They're supposed to dissipate the heat very quickly, but something with a high heat capacity could introduce enough impedance to burn through the casing and expose the conductor.

Wow that I really sucks. I hope they find some way to help you.
I have a friend who's allergic to rice, lactose (So no milk and stuff
like that) and a lot of other stuff. Last I heard, he has to get shots
or pills or something just to stay healthy from not eating the stuff
he's allergic to. He also can't get vaccines becomes one of the active
ingredients is something he's allergic to.

Ermm name something I can do:
- Photoshop
- Basic web design
- Some electrical knowledge
- decent mechanical knowledge
- Psychological stuff, doing quite alot of relationships and stuff 'ibles
- Recently dived into jet power and am getting far in that
- I know a good bit about lighters
- I know about planes and can fly them
- A bit on firearms etc.
- I know a good bit about cannons ...

I don't know about the US, but the worst a normal redirect would get you on a school computer is a yelling at and loss of network access.
If the link was "adult", you might get a short suspension as well.
