QUOTE (mosslack @ Nov 14 2009, 04:24 PM) Just FYI, inserting the HDAEnabler.kext into /S/L/E and then copying the HDAIDT.kext to the /Extra folder does not produce sound when using theproto's setup. Still unable to download MowgliBook's stuff so I remain without sound. At least my wifi is working now and that's a good thing. With @theproto's DSDT.aml you no longer need the HDAenabler.kext Edit: I...

I may try to PM the guy and see what he says needs to be done to fix it. BTW, if anyone needs to know, the Netflix watch instantly works on the 311, I just watched an entire movie via wifi and it worked fine. Of course you need to fix...

Awesome. Totally awesome. I guess I'll use your experimental boot file, but I had one I was playing with to try to get refresh rates from Graphics Mode working, and I don't know how to add patch files to things. [EDIT] NM, I kind of figured it out, but I did it wrong so now it won't compile. I gotta take a programming class next semester.[/EDIT]

[I'm splitting this up into individual issues] Atom 330 & _PSS states QUOTE (eugene k2 @ Nov 14 2009, 01:50 PM) Overclockers will need custom _PSS numbers. By the way, I'm not sure, but it might be possible to add more _PSS values, thus, making the CPU SpeedStep-capable (sort of). . . . if _PSS values are going to be required for the Atom 330, then perhaps you might write a quick but foolproof explanation of...

Might want to hold up on 10.6.2 unless we are still using the old kernel. http://stellarola.tumblr.com/ 10.6.2 does not have Atom support... maybe someone will make it work but for now... the old kernel works with the update

Looks ok but i think you can get it cheaper by building it yourself... And honest i would not pay the almost 2 times as much for the 960 over the 920.. you will not notice the 600 Mhz and if you feel you might miss them then just overclock the 920... i am using mine as a small oc from the 2.66 til 3.6 Ghz and i know i can go over 4GHz on my 920 if i want... I just cant see the extra...

Well, guys I'm back. Not going to let this keep me down, anyways. I spent the last two days working on these bios for everyone. Nothing is borrowed, copied. So please feel free to check the DSDT strings if you would like. There is over 150+ bios at the moment, I still have around 20 to 30 bios to get done, but I need a brake for a couple day from this.
