In response to the front page article .... ‘Hope you feel better after your rant!? ;o) Unfortunately all of the prohibited substances and methods on the List are there because they are abused. Asthma medications are no exception. (I can recall sitting in a team meeting for a particular sport at a major international championship a few years ago – just as the regulations re asthma medication...

As a bodybuilder it's hard to agree with that "most" of us are using any steroides. You can read what my bb friends think and see that many just say no to these drugs. Hoever the temptetion is there and the fear of side effects is the leading cause for me and others not to touch it. From what I'm hearing around me people just wish for a "safe steroide" but there is nothing like that and never...
