Take one more look at the list of most pirated games, now compared that list to a list of best selling games of 2009. Logic would dictate that the most popular games would also be the most pirated correct? Why then would certain top sellers be missing from top pirated games? Because it is either really rare and desired... OR that seller got somebody to pay that much for it... There are a bazillion reasons why it might be that much.

They cost that much as a collector's item, not so much as a game. If you want to buy the game because you haven't played it in ages, and lost your discs, etc, etc, you can go to good old games and buy them for $6 apiece here .
