Good Luck on Monday! The Visa Application is pretty standard and the same across all of Schengen regardless of what type of Visa you need to apply for. The link to the application above will be fine so that you can take it in with you already completed. Just remember that you don't need to answer any questions marked with an asterisk *.

Have it your way. We tried to tell you not to do that. It will be years till you get out of this mess and it is of your own making. Sorry for being blunt, but I happen to know the procedure backwards and the law specifically says family members apply at the Questura and not by post.

If you are going to live in a country the least you can do is to attempt to speak the lingo. well, I was turned away at the questura and told to do it by post. (I wasnt even allowed in the stupid building). I then tried to ring them but no one answered... lovely. So, I did what you guys told me not to do ... I went to the post office. Since I only had a couple of days left, I feel like I had no choice. (Richard: I was told that I could do it by the post. I know nothing in particular about Swedish immigration regulations, but the general concepts here would suggest that you could either apply for a "spouse visa" under Swedish immigration law, or alternatively apply for a Residence Card issued under the terms of the EU Directive. The second option is available because you have been exercising EU Treaty Rights in the UK, and thus your husband ...

It would take more than four days to process more like a week or two.
If u live outside of the French version of 'London' you can apply by post.

Nice thing is you have two different organizations you can play off each other, and the law is on your side.
Couple of ideas, which would lead in different directions, but would eventually tie back together... In each case point out the law.
