PhoneCheap generally come out cheapest for us when we do these checks, but no matter what time of day we try they have never have a line, so we just end up paying for a pointless call. However, some of the others have saved us a lot of money when compared to BT rates. Thanks for the link.

Nope, I don't know of any that offer VoIP to Ukraine. I'm pretty sure there are some third party VoIP providers, such as Skype, that do calls to landlines and mobiles based in the Ukraine though.
