My memory on this is a little
sketchy, but.... Once you have a successful lookup using WMP, it should write the details to a file called cdplayer.ini If you then open MC, right click on the drive containing the CD, there should be an option on that menu that goes something along the lines of 'update from cdplayer.ini If that doesn't work, someone with a better memory may chip in...

The Purchase link above has info on how licenses work. When you do a Restore, our system also e-mails you an Install Key that is good for
14 days. Just start MC12 and point to it. I checked and your license is an MC12 license. It won't work with MC13.

Installing MC again might do it. In options for
handhelds, try redetect devices.
