Cam and Crank seals. If you are doing the clutch a lightweight flywheel would be a nice touch and putting a rear main in would be a good idea too.

I think they ALL have to be ready, but what kind of chassis are you getting tested?? the chassis (year of the car) determines how they test it as it could be obd1, obd0, or obd2. My car has an obd1 system setup, but they still test it like its running obd0 due to the age of my chassis.
