Some of you may have noticed that cloning your Windows partition with Winclone under SL is problematic--often fails during clone or reports errors. This problem can be easily solved by changing the settings in the Winclone Preference panel so that "Compressed" is no longer selected.

First thing, go to the ATI or Nvidia website and update your drivers. Then turn off Vsync which causes problems in lots of games, and turn antialiasing off. Also, (obviously) make sure your system meets minimum reqs for the game. If you have one of those integrated GPU models, it's going to have
trouble with ME.

You'll probably have to reformat the NTFS partition under Windows after creating the Mac partition, but basically your idea should work.

A virus is a piece of executable so yes it can inhabit a file on your
MacOS partition as long as it's in one of the files on that partition. If you have a virus on your Windows partition, give Windows read/write access to your Mac partition and it contains files that are applicable for infection then those files can be infected. But even if any files on your MacOS partition do become ...
