You're being too kind, as usual--it's a good man's failing. Any midbudget film in an established franchise, that doesn't make a profit at the box office, then can't even make the Top 100 DVD sellers list on Amazon the first few days of its release, is a complete and total failure. Have there been worse failures in the history of the movies? Sure. And a lot of films that have gone down in history as megaflops actually...

I thought the extended cut was better than the version in theaters but nothing really major was added, just a few scenes here and there (but mostly slighly extended scenes)but the new end credits sequences with that amaturish flashing behind-the-scenes photos of everyone listed in the credits was horrible!

Next time lower caps please. She has said since she decided to move back to London a few years back she wanted to get in touch with her roots and she ALWAYS had a British accent, she just dumbed it down living in America all those years. No biggie. You have officially entered Obama country!!

But don't you think that people wanted to know a little bit more about what Mulder was up to? He just never struck me as a person that would spend 6 years sitting in his house cutting out articles. Nope, not realistic at all. David had as much screen time as Gillian but his storyline was putrid.

Again Leave. Your an annoyance to yourself face it. And no David/Gillian did not need the cash they only got paid 250,000 a piece for it...in hollywood thats NOTHING. 30mil budget they did it because they know what I know......6 years is a long time, things change, lives change, x-files change.......face it you wanted aliens or a jersey devil......their aren't going to be any unless a 3rd film is made. The film WAS good in its own right...

Mulder was fired from the FBI at the end of season 8 and he was found guilty of murder and sentenced to death by a military court so why on earth would the FBI forget all of that just to ask his help on a case that could easily been solved by anyone, especially when thay have a psychic on hand telling what they need to know ! What exactly did Mulder do to help in the case anyway ?

Has anybody watched the documentary that came on the 2nd disc on the 3 disc edition? I've been thinking of buying it over the single disc. I don't need to digital copy so its based on how well this doc is. Its called "Can the X-files be kept a secret" or something.
